If your mental health or emotional wellbeing is interfering with your daily life, relationships, work or study, it may be time to reach out. You don’t need to wait until a crisis.

Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your needs. The first one or two sessions focus on assessment and formulation (understanding the difficulties). Then we work toward your goals using CBT techniques, homework, monitoring, and review.

50–60 minutes (for assessment and regular sessions).

Typically between 6 and 20 sessions, though each person is unique. Some problems may resolve earlier; more complex problems may take longer.

Online CBT sessions (60 minutes): £65
Face-to-face CBT sessions in Stone (60 minutes): £80
90-minute sessions are available on request, pricing can be discussed during your initial consultation.
Flexible appointment times are available, including evenings and weekend

It’s a chance to speak briefly by phone/video to see if we are a good fit, for you to ask questions, and for me to explain how I work. It is not a therapeutic session or assessment.

CBT is not always sufficient for some severe, enduring, or complex mental health conditions which may require multi-disciplinary support. If you’re in crisis (e.g. thoughts of self-harm, suicidal thoughts), please reach out to emergency services or crisis lines first.

Online therapy can be flexible, convenient (no travel), and still effective when using secure video platforms in a private space

Payment is by bank transfer. Payment is requested 24 hours in advance of the appointment.
