Get to Know Me
Molly Partington – CBT Therapist
I offer a friendly, relaxed, and professional approach to therapy. I believe that building trust and rapport is essential, because if you don’t feel at ease, it’s difficult to get the most out of your sessions.
Before becoming a CBT therapist, I worked for many years as a mental health nurse across various NHS settings. Through that experience, I came to see that recovery involves more than a medical model.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy appealed to me because it equips people with practical tools to overcome difficulties and supports long-lasting, meaningful change.
